Neighborhood Council #3 will vote on recommending, to the Planning Commission, the Envision Simi Valley Specific Plan, which creates a community vision for the development of areas of Los Angeles Avenue and Tapo Street, including the provision of new housing, commercial, and recreational opportunities.
