As part of the Specific Plans effort for Los Angeles Avenue Corridor and Tapo Street Area, the Project Team will research potential strategies to spur economic activity and community-appropriate housing production in those two areas. The final recommendations from this study will be incorporated into the Specific Plans as implementation measures or design standards.
